We are overjoyed to introduce the globally practiced heartfullness meditation to UT students now. In today's busy world, our minds are preoccupied so much with stress, fear and other negative emotions. It is making us either live in the stress of the past or fear of the future. How wonderful it would be to live at moment and lead the mind with our heart through meditation! 

We have organized group meditations in UT for 15 years now and we have had wonderful examples of students who reported stress reduction and improved focus and better grades after practicing meditation. Our organization is about people whose life have been changed positively by meditation. We volunteer to inform others about this opportunity.   

In this workshop we will first discuss a related topic for 15 minutes, examples are

How do we improve our focus and intuitive understanding. 
How do we decide with the heart ?  
How do we let go ?  
How does meditation make us happier and healthier. 


We then shortly describe the meditation technique and finally meditate in group for about half an hour. We`ll talk about experiences and have Q&A at the end. Bring your friends. It`s absolutely free. 

How to find the location: We meet in the MEZ B0.302 which is in the basement of MEZES building. It is easier to find the MEZES hall first, then find the basement sign and elevator/stair to the right of the hall.  call 5125219265 if you can`t find it.
